FAQ about LUVIT


1. Error messages when clicking on folders.
Q: I can log on my course in Luvit, but get error messages when I try to open the various folders.
A: It might be a browser issue. We recommend Firefox and Internet Explorer. The following browsers are not supported: Safari, Chrome.2.No

2. username and password
Q: I 'm enrolled in a net-based course, but haven't received a username or a login.
A: Note that username and password won't be send out before approx. a week before the course starts. We send it to your itu-mail address, so be sure to check that before you call us. If the course has already started, you can get a username and password by contacting us on ilu@itu.dk or by phone: 7218 5231 (mon-fri 9-15).

3. Retrieve login-information
Q: I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?
A: Go to the front page of Luvit and write your e-mail address in this box. The login info will be send to the e-mail address you have signed up with.
